Why businesses work with Certified
We bring quality food products from trusted Turkish producers to global markets. By managing sourcing, quality, logistics, and customer processes together, we deliver solutions our partners can rely on.
Our team knows both producer and customer needs inside out, and we follow developments in the Turkish and global markets closely. We source from Turkish producers who make excellent products but need support with exporting and reaching new markets — then manage the sales, export, and logistics processes that bring those products to our customers worldwide. With our experience in the food industry and our technical expertise, we deliver solutions both sides can count on.
Our founding partners have hands-on experience in both production and quality control, as well as finance processes, giving them a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of the industry, along with the perspectives of both customers and suppliers. Our team is composed of industry professionals in sales, quality, food safety, contracts and law, packaging solutions, and graphic design. Additionally, our European office is staffed with a team experienced in both food sales and customs operations, ensuring smooth execution of our international operations.
Quality and food safety sit at the foundation of everything we source. We evaluate the producers we work with on their certifications, technical capability, and regulatory compliance, giving priority to suppliers with proven food safety systems. Our Quality Department tracks product specifications, analyses, and the required compliance documents on an ongoing basis. From supplier approval through to final delivery, we manage the entire process in a traceable, controlled way.
At Certified, the long-term partnerships we build with trusted suppliers are one of our core values. Our strong producer network and flexible structure let us respond to changing customer needs quickly and effectively.
We evaluate our suppliers against clear criteria for quality, food safety, technical capability, and regulatory compliance, and we support them in meeting the standards required. These partnerships are how we deliver products of consistent quality — reliable, and matched to what our customers actually need.
We look carefully at what each customer is asking for and follow their orders and operations closely at every stage. We keep communication open throughout, so the information you need reaches you on time. When issues come up, we address them quickly and constructively — because that is how long-term business relationships built on trust are made.
We have the flexibility to research and develop products around what our customers ask for. Alongside our existing portfolio, we work with the right producers to create tailored solutions based on the product specifications, packaging options, and order quantities you need.
At Certified, every business relationship we build rests on transparency, honesty, and mutual trust. We manage our sourcing, sales, and export processes in line with the relevant regulations and standards, and we keep communication open and dependable with both our producers and our customers. We believe lasting partnerships can only be built on an ethical, responsible approach.
